AYESHA TARANNUM received her B.Tech from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Sciences(KITS), Warangal. She obtained her  M.tech degree from Ramappa Engineering college (REC), Warangal in Embedded System Specialization. She has a total teaching experience of 16.5 years. Her areas of interest include Embedded Systems,electronic devices & circuits, pulse & digital Circuits, signals & Systems etc. She has authored technical papers in various National/International journals and conferences with good citation index.
